Board of Directors

The Emerald Gardens Homeowners Association's Board of Directors is comprised of five Emerald Gardens homeowners. These individuals are elected by a majority vote at our Annual meetings.  The Board is responsible for maintaining our subdivision and is governed by a written set of Articles, By-Laws and Deed Restrictions. (Copies of these documents can be found on this site on the downloadable documents page.) The Board meets once a month to discuss various issues, pay bills and review the Association's finances.

Board positions need to be filled at each Annual Meeting. If you have an interest in becoming a Board Member, please let us know.

Management

The Emerald Gardens Homeowners Association is managed by Emerald Gardens homeowner, past board member and licensed Community Association Manager (CAM 37024), Kevin Billingsley. The Management Representative is not a member of the Board of Directors.

The primary responsibilities of the Management Representative is to maintain the finances of the Association, prepare and mail all homeowner and vendor correspondence, prepare and disseminate monthly meeting agendas and minutes, maintain the web site, respond to real estate inquiries and all other items as requested by the Board of Directors.  Kevin is also a Member of the Community Associations Institute.
